This is an offer to embark on a very special journey- both a somatic life coaching program and a Soul guiding program for the price of 1.
The vision is to cultivate a rock solid community of Soul searchers,
set ablaze to transform and alchemize the planet into its deeper potential.
We will begin a 3 month somatic life coaching program starting the second week of October, 2024. It will contain module work, individual and group coaching sessions, and round the clock voice message support. It’s designed as a foundational prep phase for deeper Soul journeying work. If you purchase and complete this program, as well as write a testimonial for it, you will automatically earn a free spot in the Purpose Discovery program, organized by the Purpose Guides Institute, beginning in mid January, 2025.
This is a 6 month program with very deep module work, individual coaching sessions guided by a Purpose Guide in training, and the support of the all star staff of the school. You will be joining a much larger cohort of students, an online community forum for discussion, connection, and support.
Why the prep program?
I personally completed the Purpose Discovery program as one of the students of a guide in training. It was the most transformative program I have ever been through (and I’ve tried a LOT of things). It was indescribably powerful, beautifully challenging, and extremely supportive with bringing forth clarity to what I am here on this Earth to do.
With that, it presented many challenges and brought up a LOT of baggage for me to process. Thankfully, as a somatic life coach, I had a lot of tools and resources I could call upon when my world got rocked. If it weren’t for these invaluable resources, I probably would not have completed the program. I also found that the program did not offer a lot of support in these realms. They highly recommended working with a therapist if things ever felt overwhelming or too destabilizing, but their main focus was on Soul work.
The realm of the Soul is mysterious and comes from the underworld. It is concerned with what you are here to do and how you will express your deepest gifts for the greater good. Therapy and psychological healing exists more in the middle world and has to do with getting the needs of your wounded ego met. Doing deep middle world work is an essential step in engaging with your Soul and the underworld. This is how your ego can become your Soul’s biggest support in bringing forth and manifesting its deepest desires.
This is why I created the Embodied Foundations course. I am passionate and ecstatic to guide as many students as possible into their Soul Purpose. I want to see everyone be able to finish and embody the gifts of the Purpose Discovery Program. I believe the Embodied Foundations course will help support that vision.

About Your Guide
Hello, my name is Joshua, a passionate somatic life coach and Soul purpose guide in training. I specialize in reflecting and illuminating one’s gifts and shadows, creating sacred containers of expression, and supporting individuals to excavate and express their deepest truths.
Through my own process of deep self examination and healing work, I have felt a tremendous freedom I never dreamed possible. I have reconnected to the Earth, my body, the Sacred, and a wholistic sense of Self. I have deepened into my Soul purpose, and I have felt the immense gifts of deep bonding relationships and compassionate communication. I am far from perfect, and I am committed to a lifelong pursuit of learning, growth, and evolution.
I want everyone to experience these joys and this freedom. I believe that a better, community-based world is possible, and it begins with the individual. People who are stuck in pain and suffering tend to hurt others. People who realize and embody their wholeness tend to strive to make the world a more loving and compassionate place.
My mission is to help as many humans possible realize their innate wholeness- to heal and integrate the layers of stored trauma and conditioning they’ve been carrying for far too long; to help them reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies and Souls, to experience more joy and freedom; to guide and empower them to make better choices for themselves and the greater world; to show them the power and magic that comes with compassionate embodied communication and the expression of our deepest truths.

Embodied Foundations: A Pathway to Purpose
Program Overview
A transformative journey designed to help you expand feelings of safety and resiliency in your own body, as well as cultivating a sense of trust and depth in your coaching and community relationships, ensuring you are fully prepared for the Purpose Discovery program.
Over the past decade of exploring personal growth and spirituality, I have found these topics to be fundamental and invaluable resources. The module work contains short reading assignments, journaling prompts, and practical techniques. It can take you very deep if you decide to dive into them. But it is not necessary to dive deeply into every single module in order to gain benefits from this program. Much of the foundational work will be laid down through consistently showing up to all of your sessions and developing feelings of safety and trust in the coaching container and networks of support. This will truly set you up for success going into the Purpose Discovery Program.
